Cancellation Policy
Appointments need to be rescheduled a min 5 days before. If cancelled and not rescheduled the deposit will be lost. If a client does not show up the deposit will be lost. If a client is more than 30min late the appointment will be considered as cancelled and both appointment and deposit will be lost.
