FLORA+ is an intestinal conditioner with probiotic effect, developed in collaboration with veterinarians, nutritionists, scientists and prominent breeders.
FLORA+ functions in 3 ways
1. It supports healthy intestinal flora. FLORA+ is a combination of probiotics (Bacillus Subtilis) and prebiotics, to stimulate healthy intestinal flora.
FLORA+ contains threonin and butyric acid.
2. Threonin is an essential amino acid and therefore has to be administered via the food. 60 % of the absorbed threonin is used by the intestinal cells to develop the muscus. The muscus is an important part of the intestinal barrier protecting the intestines against damage of enzymes and other components in the food.
3. Butyric acids are very important as energy source for the intestinal cells.
